I don't either! Corven 'tried' to run over R'dale LAST year and was stopped COLD, by BOTH the first string AND the second string defense. He got most of his 28 yards against the THIRD string defense.

 

Somebody at Seagull better get a BETTER game plan for this year if they really want to score a point in this game.

oh believe me, riverdale wouldnt need to (they wouldnt take them seriously anyways), riverdale's already got this one laced up...riverdale wont need any scouting reports/scrimmage tapes for this one though, siegels offense has always is pretty predictable and they cannot match riverdales talent. basically, if riverdale shows up, the win

Cookeville had one of the best game plans against Riverdale's D. Came up a bit short, but it was a good game plan.

We scored on their First string last yr/ Rankin put them back in to try to prevent us from scoring, but we didididididdidididididi anyway! HA!

its been a while since then, memory is a little rusty but im 90% sure only the 1st string linebackers went back in...

 

btw, oaklands first string defense tried to prevent us from scoring, but we didididididdidididididi it 6 times anyway (in the first half)! HA!

after reviewing posts from last year, i remember the situation now...

 

riverdale had 2nd and 3rd string players in on offense and we fumbled, the ball was returned all the way down to the 4 yard line, then riverdale's linebackers re-entered the game. burris 2 yard rush on 1st down, burnett fumble recovered by himself at the 4, burnett completes the 4 yard TD pass to youree on 3rd down.

2p, im determined to prove you wrong...not that it matters now, i just wanna say . i wish i could find game film or whatever to back me up, obviously riverdale wouldnt have put oakland scoring in their highlight film but oakland might have it in theres (if they even make them idk). that is false 1st string D was not in on that play besides the linebackers

 

you always have made a huge deal about rankin not shaking anyones hands...im sure lebron wasnt to hurt when rankin didnt come shake his hand and would probably think its funny how you make a huge deal about it on here. and your acting like the game ended right when oakland scored, there were 4 more possessions after oakland scored.

 

and to be completely correct, yes there might have been several teams that held our second and third string offense scoreless when up against them. before you say that our first string was in, yes at the very beginning of the 2nd half, our first offensive drive antwoine smith scored but it got called back and riverdale ended the drive by a shane rollins missed FG. the rest of the game it was 2nd and 3rd strings in with trey smith at quarterback (who had been the 4th string but paul boykin had been hurt and marcus locke had got hurt that game), so dont sit here and boast that yall held riverdales offense scoreless in the second half when it was a ref's call that held the 1st offense scoreless and then the rest of the time it was the 2nd and 3rd string yall held scoreless, which is because the of the turnovers they committed.
