clifford20
This was a good outing for Cookeville, in fact, looks as if teams were close. THis tournament didn't have a totally dominant team like in years passed. Mcgill-Tollin was absent from the tournament and that made for more parity. All the TN teams had a really good tournament. Cookeville and Brentwood stood out, however Father Ryan and Siegel really played well also. It was amazing how close the 3,4,5 and 6 teams were. The Cookeville - Grissom and Siegel - Pelham matches were really fun too watch. The amount of individual talent in the tournament was so impressive. The most talented team was Northview but for some reason they just couldn't play together. They no doubt had the most talent--they are an Atlanta team. Grissom's setter was incredible. Maybe the best setter I have seen in High School as far as fundamental skills go.
