APSU310
Thats what I dont get about folks. these days. They would rather you got on here and talk about how CAK is going to stomp a mud hole in Gibbs backside. Well not from me. I might say I think CAK wins, but I dont use this as an opportunity to put another coach, player or program down. I have more class than that. I learned that class from my Daddy, Momma, Family and Coach Young. As far as I am concerned the Gibbs coaches are great, i dont give a rootin tootin what everyone else says. They are giving up precious time in there lives to be with a group of kids to play a thing we love called football. I am not saying they arent, but they may not be the best at X's and O's, but this game is played with Willies and Joes. Anyone who is willing to take the time that is required to be a high school coach is doing it because they love the sport, they sure as heck arent doing it for the money. So show your coaches some respect. It is real easy to sit back after the QB has thrown and interception and say I would have run the ball right there. I am sure the coach would have too if he had known it was going to get picked.
Cowboyfan71
CAK had to retool their offense this year to be ground based mostly. I think that favors Gibbs, as Aaron Large has quick strike capability and can put points on the board in a hurry. Rich Harb ain't around anymore guys. Gibbs wins.... "If you do not anything good to say, then don't say anything at all" is what I was taught. Some of you should try that. I promise you'll feel better about yourself. showvol
Amen. I wish they would never allow people to bash other people on any site. "If you do not anything good to say, then don't say anything at all" is what I was taught. Some of you should try that. I promise you'll feel better about yourself. I'm with you. I'd rather talk about the positives, the kids and the game, than coach bashing. By the way, tonight should be a rather interesting game. Balanced attack vs. Air attack. But I think the defense will win this one for either team. Gotta pick the Eagles at home.
BUBBA61
CAK by 2TD's, CAK defense is too tough.
Halls4Generations
are you going by that prediction because you think Gibbs is good or because you think CAK is bad? I think it's that Gibbs is better than they showed against Halls. You should have seen how many passes their receivers dropped. Halls, I think, would have still beaten Gibbs even if Gibbs had been on, but it would have been a lot closer. Gibbs had an off-night against Halls and CAK is down from where they were. Harb meant a lot to them offensively. So that's my reasoning. The equalizer could be, as some have asserted, that CAK is better-coached, which I believe is true. That's not to slam Randy Carroll; it's just that Young is that good, IMO.

APSU310
There was some popping going on tonight. I would say that Gibbs QB will be sore come Saturday morning. The warriors front four pinned their ears back and let the big dog eat. The game was still close until about 3:50 left in the fourth, when CAK got two interceptions which resulted in points on the board. Actually I believe that every CAK score came off a Gibbs turnover. Good game to both teams. That is the swagger that I know CAK's Defense has, they played with a lot of heart and passion. Keep up the good work guys and dont have a let down. ProVol90
Once again the Pro shows how good he is in the prediction book. I said cak by 4 or 5 tds and was right! I should be a bookie in Vegas!
KevB1990
I happened to see the mention about the Gibbs QB and the only problem with that is eventually Randy Carroll's coaching gets in the way. Sure their QB threw for over 3 bills against Union and he might do it again against someone else, but Gibbs will be hard pressed to win many games if the defense doesn't step it up.
