DeKalb V. Upperman

Friday, October 6th. DeKalb's Homecoming. The most biggest night to show home pride. Tiger pride. With a lot of disappointments and one victory this season, will DeKalb be disappointed again? Or will they snag one more win this season.

 

Personally, I don't really know whose the better team. DeKalb has the potential to take the win and being on their homecoming...more heart. On the other hand, the thrill of winning on someone's home turf and homecoming will excite the away team. Anyways, as of now, I'm 50/50.

Upperman will win this one and win big. They just got through playing two very tough Smith County teams. Upperman play's a lot better than their record show's Just ask anyone from Westmorland.

DeKalb has played from very tough teams to..everyone knows they are improved but its hard to tell how much. Have a good chance to see this friday night.

This should be a good close game. Hopefully being DeKalb's home comming will be enough to get the young men fired up enough to win. Note to Coach: It's time get over the Watertown loss and open the door to the dog house.

Is Upperman as imporved as yall are makin it seem because DeKalb is a lot improved there record just doesn't show it (1-5) but look at some of teams they played Greenbriar,Station Camp,Pearl Cohn,Warren county...im not sure much about anything of upperman whats there record and who have they played just curious?

The have only lost to Westmorland,Smith county, and Gordonsville. They got beat by Montery also but they beat themselfs in that game dont know what happend. They were tied with Westmorland going into the half and should have one that one so the only two teams that really outplayed them were Smith County and Gordonsville. If you think Dekalb can even think about playing with either of those two teams you are sadly mistaken. They won against Clay county and Jackson county by huge margin's. You say Dekalb has improved... We shall see Friday, but yes Upperman has improved as much as they are saying and probably more.

Actually i do think DeKalb could play with them teams and i know it dont count but DeKalb did play montery in the preseason and won 31-0
