i kno u USJ fans are happy that u finally got an offical win in region 7-2A, but just because u beat GC, who is if im correct, (1-5), (0-3) in the region, is not that great. but if our offense ever connects with the ONE of the best defenses in the state, it should be a scoreless game n a blow out for the USJ fans. i am sorry, but every1 always has a game n for USJ it was for last week, but sorry not this week. if coach cody lets cory kick this should be an easy game. we intercepted 5 passes last week (2 by the shortest defensive player on the team, buddy legens) so their game in the air wont be sucessful in martin. it is also Homecoming, so westview should n would win this game because of a lot of emotion. o yea, my prediction,

Westview, 17-0

GO WHS!

"Offenses win Games, Defenses WIN championships!"

Homecoming is a time for USJ to show their best, so this game is going to be very exciting...

Westview barely got by this week. They won't be so lucky next week.

From what I have seen of the Trenton / USJ game, don't you mean that Trenton is the lucky team only beating USJ 14-13. This week Trenton only beats Dresden by a touchdown. Now thats a combined 8 points over both of those teams while Westview beat them both by a combined 21.

I thinks next weeks game will be a thriller.

I still say Westview might lose 3 in a row. If they are gonna get 1 it will be next week against Trenton.

Yes it was a very close game. Westview won 14-7. It was tied 7-7 at halftime. Westview came out and scored immediately and it was the last time. From what I heard of Cory Nethery, he was suppossed to be a really good kicker. He missed two field goals. Also Bill Hardegree threw two key interceptions during the game. One was on a drive that looked to be heading towards the endzone. The Westview secondary was what made the difference in the game. Good game Westview!

Nethery is a good kicker. One of the holds was bad and the other was a really long kick.

The pass that the USJ kid caught in the End Zone was on fourth down, was basically a hail mary and the kid who caught it didn't even realize he had it until he got up. What made it better was his celebration, as if he'd never done it before. There were also numerous penalties.

USJ played well though. Hardegree has a good arm, the little #20 can run the ball, and the defense adjusts well. They might be on an upswing and they might surprise some teams as the year ends. Humboldt, Huntingdon, and Dresden remain.
