CPA's QB really looks good and D-1 material. He is only a Jr. is he be recruited already by anyone? He seriously looks like the real deal. Exactly where is Camden? Gonna try to make this one.

Take I-40 west to the 126 exit HWY 641 N...follow the signs to Camden (about 15 miles) 1st road past the 2nd traffic light, go right on School Dr. you can see the field lights from the road.

lol, Waverly fan's can not swallow the defeat. CPA is a better team than Waverly. They are 5 TDs better than Waverly. Region 6 is not as strong as you guys think. Did you ever think CPA may be holding some things back so Camden won't have it own film? I bet it is a good chance that is one reason it didn't get too out of hand. Under a 100 yards of total offense and you say that CPA didn't dominate the game, it pretty much helps me see that folks in Humphrey's Co. lack a sense of football knowledge. Go to Camden next week and I promise you will see a better version of CPA than you saw tonight.

lol, even with all the unforced errors that helped create some easy scores for CPA, Waverly stilled played a closer game to CPA than Fairview.

Remember scores don't mean anything. You can't compare scores. You just got some serious blue tinted glasses that you can't see out of. Hod did you get into radio announcing, cause I mean I bet you blame every Waverly loss on unforced turnovers or bad refs. It can never be the other team is better than Waverly.

C,mon, paptiger - you announced the game and have seen the stats. Give it up!

In case you haven't.

Waverly: 1.5 yards a rush

33% passing with 7 yards a reception

Total offense: 95 yards on over 50 plays.

9 first downs and 2 were on pass interference penalties (questionable calls)

Longest gain - questionable pass inteference call

Only TD- got ball on CPA 20 after CPA mishandles punt.

CPA had 3 long gains called back on holding penalties.

The TO's were not the difference and the game was not close. Waverly has some good athletes, they played hard, and never quit. They have some good young players and should be good next year.

BUT, to say the game was closer than the score is a joke.

    • I believe that was last year. I was interested in the Jones vs Baker comment, so I went back and looked at GC. I am not a fan of either nor am I a baseball guru. This looks like to me the duel was not close and if the errors would not have been made Eagleville would have won. I assume you are a little biased. I do think your mph for Jeffcoat and Baker must be from last year.  Baker-85 pitches 67 strikes. 5.2 innings, 5H, 1BB, 0ER and 7K's. 3 errors  Jones- 78 pitches 37 strikes. 4 innings, 2H, 5BB, 0ER and 1K. 1 error   Adams and the UH kid are really good as well. What about South Pitt and Oakdale? I heard they have some good ones.
    • I hate this for all the kids in the program and fans alike. I can't recall of anything like this before in my lifetime but I'm sure it isn't a first. After criminal investigations are complete and the TSSAA looks into this the program it will be facing Nuclear Winter for some time to come. It's always the innocent left behind that end up paying the price for something someone else has done. I'm sure the transfer portal will be very active in Clinton over the summer months. How could you find a good coach worth his salt that would take on a situation like this not knowing what will happen.
    • I’ve seen Jeffcoat in person twice and he was 84-87 both times and the one time I saw Baker he was low 80’s, he actually got out dueled by Jones from ER in that outing.
    • Pirate fans, thread is up on the baseball message board.
