Being a Cowboy fan, I do not want Fisher on our team. Fisher could not find

discipline in the dictionary. We have enough discipline problems with TO.

Parcells has gotten soft; doesn't say anything to anyone except blow off to

the press when they ask a sticky question.

Fisher hasn't the backbone to dish out any meaningful discipline.

Pacman & TO are pure bred idiots. Can't say it any other way here.

Wouldn't surprise me tho, Jerry has made similar decisions before.

Ummmm............correct me if I am wrong, but Cowboy discipline problems started way before TO came along.

Absolutely, being a die hard Cowboy fan doesn't make me prejudice, blind,

or short of memory. We have certainly had(have) our share of thugs, druggies

etc. Point is, regarding the current crop of the above, there is no meaningful

discipline. A one game, 5 game, 1yr. suspension means nothing to these

good folks. They have more money than they can handle, being off the team

isn't a problem for them, they obviously care nothing about the team, or they

would not cause these problems.

I have said for yrs., the only possible solution, is to ban these thugs from

the team, and the NFL should not allow them to go to any other team. As

it is now, someone else, Oakland, for example, will take anything they can

get. "Just win baby"

And on it goes! Not likely to change.

Who would Coach our Boys in Blue if fisher left?

I personally don't like how Coach parcells or Coach fisher handles discipline problems. But TO is a different case than Pac Man. Pac Man is a legal case, TO is a business case. Pac Man's can be avoided, if we let him go, or throw him in jail for the rest of the season, that might help. But TO is just ignorant, he's one of the most athletic people in the whole world, and he's complaining about catching balls, maybe if he didn't drop 3 or 4 a game, he would catch more  what a suprise

I think before we could know the next coach we would have to know the next general manager. I don't see Floyd Reese surviving after this season.

Once a GM is in place, he would largely dictate the head coach, with Bud's blessing, of course.

I hope it's not Wade Phillips.

I would say we need to change the front office before we do anything.

And what about the Free Agents coming in, don't the Titans have like the most money? Tony Gonzalez, Yearny, Freeney, some big time DB's are all in the mix...time to shell out some more money

    • Great to meet you too.  We're going to work hard to get back.
    • I extend my gratitude to ManCoverage for initiating this discussion thread tailored to the residents of Trousdale County. In times of adversity within our football team, it is imperative to have an outlet for expression, and what better platform than CoachT's Craigslist forum? I respectfully request that GOAT exercise discretion in his commentary, as his remarks have caused me personal distress.
    • I am inclined to wager a substantial portion of my financial assets on the likelihood that Waggoner shall transition to an alternative coaching vocation prior to the year 2028. It is my contention that discerning individuals are beginning to perceive his coaching prowess as lacking in the requisite excellence. Allow me to articulate the following assertion: Waggoner represents a markedly superior choice compared to the individual who perpetrated the act of fuel theft.   This individual exhibits a conspicuous propensity for frequent professional transitions, a trait which undermines his credibility and renders him an untenable choice for serious consideration. It is indeed confounding that his candidacy continues to garner attention and support.
    • Yeah same   It’s definitely true that tough times make tough kids, but some kids just have a big passion for the game and will become the best of the best no matter where they come from.
