hoosierdad
I find these rankings comical, not because of who they list, but from all the rebuttals. Everybody is asking for rankings when the people ranking the individuals do not have all the information. When they do rank the wrestlers, everybody comes out of the woodwork to question every ranking. Maybe you should wait until about a month into the season to see who is wrestling and who is not. See who is wrestling where and who is not. All these preseason rankings do is rankle alot of feathers. By doing this, you can have data to support your ranking of Freshmen. Let's wait until the 3rd week in December when most teams have wrestled some good teams and see where everybody stacks up. Just an opinion, nothing more. Hamm and Coach Bray, keep up the good work and wait until you have some data and maybe you won't be questioned as much. Remember, the people questioning you did not post their rankings. I really appreciate what both you do. Thanks. Edited November 30, 2006 by hoosierdad
dragon12
Talon Noman is still in high school and still at 103? I thought he was in HS when I was in HS. He was a good wrestler then and must be a great wrestler by now. Good luck to my Dragons and the rest of Region X C-ville Forever, G-town Never!!!!!!!!!! Hamm
Alan Hord from Beech is not wrestling this year, Kerry Dowell From Hunters Lane is at 145 . Don't 4get about Joey Brassell from Greenbrier at wt. 135 he pinned Caleb Proctor in there last recent match , He also pinned Shawn Garret from East lit , and Ryan Koz the num 1 seed at 140 beat Joey by 2-1 decision .so you might want to think about pluging him in to the rankings at 135 . But i also agree these rankings are better than matmans. When exactly did Brassell wrestle Proctor?? How did i miss that one?
spunkyc
He's ......BACK. He won the preseason @ Antioch. He wrestled up against Hend. because he was too hydrated @ initial weight man. (1.5 % Rule????) Unless something has happened in the last week, he is still @ WC. They are a young team. I think only 4 seniors. He should be @ Wilson County Duals this weekend. Is he good because at the perseason tourny he just played around and didn't show anything to impressive? I'm just asking

If you are referring to a off season freestyle tournament, I saw Brassell lose to Konz and Garrett at BA's freestyle tournament, but off season matches should not count when determining in season rankings. I do think Brassell should be considered in the rankings at 135. Kerry Dowell might be at 145 right now but I thinks he is going 140 for region. knockout818
I like these ranking a bit better than matmans. What about Tony Corley (HL) 125 hes very good and will make some noise this year...probably the strongest at 125...Benches 230 very strong kid. CoachAllen68
I was talking about freestyle, Joey Did beat Proctor and Garret I dont think offseason matches should matter either in the rankings, i just say he deserves to be in the rankings at 135.
