Unicoi and EHS will settle the mid-season issue in 10 days. Happy Valley seems to be fading fast while the Rangers are coming on. Cloudland will get a chance in the High Country to show if they have last years championship form. EHS could win the Volunteer Classic, but so could Morristown East or Daniel Boone or South.

Where is Unicoi playing this week?

Fan's rankings always look good through my Orange glasses. Go Cyclones!!!!!

I think the final was 54-49 as Boone made a two at the buzzer. EHS shot the ball well, much as we did when we played Boone at HV. Still need to work on limiting turnovers, but the Lady Cyclones played a very good game. Boone played hard on both ends, and took the ball to the basket.

Good win orange and black!!

Yeah, why is it that everytime we play you guys, we do a good job on the posts, and your guards turn into sharpshooters all of a sudden?

Good game. Good win for Betsy.

Lady Cyclones had four players hit two 3's each: Hopson, Gouge, Bush and Treadway. Boone played well. Good luck the rest of the way.

Marti? Two Threes? You go Girl! On any given night, we can expect this from the others - Victoria, Brianne, Jasmine, Kelli and Hannah - but it's good to see Marti being not so bashful. Now go get that Trophy.

Bucdaddy, Any team that can play within a half-dozen of the Gals in Black, is a sure-nuff team. With so many sophomores and a couple good juniors, a lot to build on heading toward tournament time.

Unaka's loss went something like: Ten seconds remaining; Lady Rangers on the line - - one and one. Missed front end. Wartburg drives into the lane . . . .Falls Down! Throws it up . . . .BOTTOM! Take that, and love it, Lady Rangers. :) Still, a good tournament by Unaka.

Tuesday, at home against the emerging Lady Bulldogs of Hampton.

Only six days till Unicoi County at Elizabethton.

Hey, Kim, I'm very disappointed that you would rather me be the nutcase who terrorized this board for several years. But I don't think anyone cares what you think. I base my rankings on what I see on the court. I'm at a lot more games than you think. I think the Cyclones are the best team in the area right now based on what they've done on the court, through black and white glasses, no grey areas. Cloudland, on the other hand, has been heading for trouble ever since they beat Johnson Co. in a lack luster performance. They better get it together or they will be the 3rd place team in the conference.
