Integrity in Coaching

Hopefully your coach ranks among one of the best. Recently on another post someone mentioned a coach holding his star player back. What are some of the qualities of a great coach of integrity? Or worst yet one who has sold out? Please dont metnion names unless you are positive or I am sure this post will get censored and removed. We need more coaches like Duncan from Greeneville who gets my vote for number one.

Duncan does do a great job. He seems to get the best out of all his players not only his star players. It seems some of his players could be stars if givin the chance. Duncan is one of the best coaches around.
