SVC kicking & passing skills

Old Pirate says thanks "Indian" for the requested info from the All SVC post that was closed. The stats are very respectful. Old Pirate appreciates the effort to compile an All SVC team. Most, I think can agree that our kids do not have the overall skills at PP&Kicking. Old Pirate wonders, is there someone reading these posts that have connections that could develop a local competition. Maybe a local competition would help get the kids off the sofa and back in the yard.

Does the valley not have a contest for the up and coming players at the jamboree.

I agree, a local competition would be great. I for one would like to see it come together.

Old Pirate says the jamboree contest includes only a few, mostly the ones that the coach feels has the best chance to compete. A general competion for various age groups would encourage kids to work at developing skills. Old Pirate says the old PP&K had different age groups that ranched (?) 8-14 yr olds. Heck 14 yr olds would include a vast number of high players. Old Pirate says "TALK IT UP", maybe someone will take a lead and start a local competition.
