BayouBear
There are 5 Mocs which have a very good shot at All American. Coach Bono is doing a great job. So far the recruiting class looks like this; Josh Statum (Boston University) Demetrius Johnson (Memphis, TN) T.J. Moen (Saydel, IA) Kelly Felix (Franklin, TN) Daniel Waddell (Baylor, TN) Anthony Rossi (Hollywood, FL) Ethan Winel (Montini, IL) Zack Coltek (Marietta, GA) Ben Johnson (Chattanooga, TN) If you guys out west could find a way to get Brandon "wrestle anybody" Wright to UTC, a future starting lineup could look like; 125 - Demetrius Johnson - Brighton 133 - Ben Johnson - Baylor 141 - Cody Cleveland - McCallie 149 - Kelly Felix - Franklin 157 - Brandon Wright - Houston 165 - Dan Waddell - Baylor What a treat this would be!!!!!! I heard Roberson and Lettner were both going to Chattanooga. Got to find room for T.J. Moen in that line-up.

The Mocs are charging forward toward their first top ten ranking in years!! Probably their only D-1 top ten possibly. I understand Bond Davis is competitively very close as a 2nd or 3rd stringer behind Yost right now, so chances are good to have great depth as well with all of this TN talent. TheDarkHalf
This is great. I am glad that we have a program like this in Tennessee. Is Bono committed to staying and keeping the momentum going? I live away from Chattanooga so we don't always get the details on stuff like that. I really hope that this is just a beginning of great things at UTC.

If UTC ends up in the top 15, expect Bono to get some serious offers, i.e., $150,000 salary + $500,000 in endorsements. Would you stay? UTC has become a great stepping stone program that other great coaching talents will run too in a heart beat, which is only augmented with the present reputation/talent and the new recruiting class coming in. TheDarkHalf
I know, it just makes me sad. I like to see guys that have ran successful programs for years. I want to grow up and be one of those guys one day. So-and-so is retiring after 26 years of coaching, he led his team to..... You get the point.
