Ok I'm confused. In an earlier post I thought the seeding was Lobos, Express, Attack, Impact. Which would mean TNFC would play Express first and Strikers would play the lobos.

 

But the above seeding has Express coming out of state league play as #1 and Lobos #2. I'm just trying to make sure I understand it correctly.

I think the state league seeding is going to be:

 

1. ERSA

2. Lobos

3. Attack

4. Impact

 

ERSA has the Lobos on goal differential. The Lobos beat ERSA, but that was in the 1st round and I don't think that will come into play. Attack is higher than Impact because Impact had 2 losses in the 2nd round.
