QUOTE(War Eagles @ Mar 10 2007 - 04:45 PM) 826407417[/snapback]What is the Sycamore football team looking like and what are their expectations?

Sycamore is in the pack of three teams with Greenbrier & Station Camp to get those final two playoff spots in the region.

The non-region schedules for these teams may come into play down the stretch next season as it relates to the overall wins tiebreaker:

Sycamore: Montgomery Central, Springfield, Harpeth, & Cheatham Co. (travels to both Station Camp & Greenbrier)

Station Camp: Northwest, Creek Wood, Portland, & Livingston Academy (hosts Sycamore & travels to Greenbrier)

Greenbrier: Pope John Paul II, David Lipscomb, Cheatham Co., & Portland (hosts both Station Camp & Sycamore)

It's obvious to see that if all of those teams did split with one another next season that Sycamore would have the clear advantage in the non-region strength of schedule dept.

AS FAR AS REGION 4-3A AS A WHOLE GOES???????

The game to decide the regular season region title will without question be the week seven showdown in Nashville between White House and Pearl Cohn.

Creek Wood and Station Camp will not play each other in '08. It will mark the end of a pretty good litle rivalry between 2 schools who opened up in the same year ('02).

It appears that nobody from Region 4-3A wants to play Creek Wood in their "non-region schedule" /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

Why would Greenbrier schedule PJPII and DL? Their region is already pretty tough. You would like to have two non-region games that you can look at think you have a good shot of winning. With Cheathan and Marshall Co. both improving next year I don't think Greenbrier has an automatic win!

Take Marshall Co. off of Greenbrier's non-region schedule for week three because that game has been replaced with Portland.

it doesn't matter . lets talk about white house cuz no 1 in the district will touch them the next 3 years. well not to many teams in the state will be able to compete with them i predict they will average 37 points a game next year and give up 10. write it down now.
