2007 Schedules and Rosters

You can now enter schedules and/or rosters. Do NOT enter any scrimmages or jamborees! We only want games that count in your school's record.

 

Please follow the following directions closely:

 

HOW TO ADD SCHEDULES AND ROSTERS

 

(1) Locate your school by clicking that link and then entering your school name in the search box or clicking the county and then your school. That will take you to your school's Inside page.

 

(2) Click Women's Soccer in the list of your school's sports on the right hand page. That will take you to your sport's home page. There you will see a link to Schedules and Roster.

 

(3) Click Schedule and then click the Add Game link. You MUST turn off your popup blocker(s) temporarily so that a schedule box will appear. Enter game information.

 

(4) For rosters: click Roster and follow the directions. DO not lock the roster until you are sure you are finished.

 

The games will not show up on the schedules until I have a chance to check them for obvious errors.

 

When you make a mistake, and you will , then email coacht@coacht.com and tell me what to fix.

HOW TO ADD SCHEDULES

 

To add a schedule, go to the Inside page for your team and click "Schedule/Results." There is a link on that page called "Add Games." This will launch a popup window with the "Adding Game" form. If you use a popup blocker, you will have to disable it temporarily to add games.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

 

- The games you add will not appear on the website until they are previewed by site operators.

- In order to save time, add only those games that do not already appear on the schedule.

- Use the drop-down menu for all games against in-state opponents. If the school is in the list, do not type it in.

- If the game is a district and/or region game, be sure to check the appropriate box.

 

Finally: Until you're very familiar with the form, be sure to look over it before you submit it each time to avoid mistakes.

 

Once you have finished adding the schedule, close the popup window. Your entry will appear on the website once CoachT validates your submission.

HOW TO ADD ROSTERS

 

To add a roster, go to the Inside page for your team and click "Roster." Add the players. You must include information in every field except weight. That is optional.

 

To add schedules and rosters, find your school's team Inside CoachT.

Schedule for JP II has them playing Brentwood Academy twice. I believe they only play Brentwood Academy on August 28.

We hope to have all of the information moved to this new site in a day or so. In order to do so we have to set up all of the seasons since 2001 and move it all at one time. All of the information we had will be available again then.

The problem with the schedules seems have been worked out. The instructions for adding game(s) to a schools schedule does not seem to work with the new and improved website. Please modify as to how games should be added to a school's schedule.

Sorry, maybe it's me, but there's still a problem. There is no "ADD" button in the schedule portion or any other area. Please let me know what I'm missing in trying to add a school schedule.

I just tried to enter a score, I get the screen with the team boxes, I enter the score, and then click the Submit score button, but I get a page with error messages....

There shoudln't be any scores before the 20th.
