Facing the Giants is really inspirational. I also liked We Are Marshall and Gridiron Gang. Titans is still my favorite though.

We have all forgotten "the best of times" with kurt russell and robin williams. classic football story of a underdog and a comeback kid.

I don't get the appeal for Remember The Titans. It's mind numbing with the same general conflict over and over.

Here is one from the late 70's that nobody has mentioned yet. How about "Something for Joey" the story about John Cappiletti's career and surprise Heisman trophy at Penn State that he gave to his little brother Joey who was suffering from terminal leukemia. That plus Brian's Song and Rudy are my all time favorite football movies.
