We know that Maryville has the longest winning streak and that Red Boiling Springs is on the other end. I know that there can't be many win streaks longer than 15 games provided that last year's champion won early this year, but what are some of the losing streaks that we may know as soon as RBS gets off the schnide?

actually if im not mistaken maryville was the only undefeated state champ last year so the current #2 winning streak is 2 games.

 

As far as the #2 losing streak goes, that will take a little research to figure out.

How long is rbs losing streak?,if your talking losing streaks, old KIRKMAN hs,in chattanooga had the longest losing streak in the nation at one point in the 80's early 90's,it was around 75 or 80,I think.

i know this isnt a streak , but i find that MAryville being 100-2 since 2000 is very impressive , only teams to beat them are My Alcoa boys , and MorristownWest

That 100-2 record goes back to the 4th game in 2000. Maryville is 100-2 after that 0-4 start in 2002. Both losses were to MOwest.

 

After Maryville lost to Halls in 2000 that put them at 0-4 on the season. If anyone would have told me that Maryville is getting ready to go on a 100-2 run I would have asked them what kind of dope are you smoking. At that time I was worried if Maryville would win a game in 2000.
