year for BHS? She played some of the best 3B that I had

seen in a while this past summer.

She's doin great JT. She had a couple of set backs throughout summer but she is back on track now. I'm not sure where she will play but I think that the odds are good that she will be somehere on the infield. Probably SS...

Well, I don't have a reccomendation to make about who the best first baseman is, but I do have somewhat of an input for this post. I played first base for four years when I was in High School, and let me tell you, it is NOT an easy job. I'm not posting this so that I will get credit or whatever, I'm simply posting this to tell people to try to focus on encouraging their first basemen. Many time's they make catches that may seem so easy to some people, but really they're hard to deal with. First basemen get teams out of a lot of trouble with picks and so on. Anyway, this all just goes to say, encourage your firstbaseman. They usually don't get the credit they deserve and it is SO hard to play softball and have fun when no one EVER tells you good job. That's all

I don't have a clue about what may keep her from playing that position. If Amber is the best at that position then she will fill it. If anything it would be the coach. She has a way of usually putting the best players in their best playing position. This is probably one of the things that help to make BEECH succesful year in year out.
