I guarantee that Page Middle School would beat Antioch High Scool.

 

I don't see that happening, but give the girls some credit. After years of 2-20, 3-22, etc. seasons, this is a big turnaround. I'm sorry but us inner city schools don't send our girls to all year camps and such. Give them credit for their accomplishments. I'm not on here downing any other squads, don't down ours. Oh yeah, we are now 15-0 and top seed for the district 12-AAA tournament.

The tournament is at Antioch High on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please come out, we have a great group of young women.

District 9AAA is also Monday, Tue and Wed so I may not make it out there (at least I HOPE we are playing all three nights /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> ).

 

And as to Antioch girls not playing club ball...you guys are 10 minutes from the Impact center. Come on out and play!!

We are still undefeated after defeating Hunters Lane to win the district 12AAA championship. Heading to the Region 6AAA tournament for only the 2nd time in school history.

 

Great job!! You should be proud and that's how tradition starts. That will make them better and better. Go get em in district. Every school doesn't have Impact or club ball in their backdoor, so our school coaches have to develop their own programs. If it's near and they are dedicated to continuing to build their program, club ball would be great! Tell your girls to keep up the good work and tradition has begun.

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
