I have noticed that in Tennessee some teams play their JV games on Monday or Tuesday afternoons. Why does Tennessee not do this like other states and play @ 4:30 on Friday and then play the varsity game @ 7:30 on Friday?

I have noticed that in Tennessee some teams play their JV games on Monday or Tuesday afternoons. Why does Tennessee not do this like other states and play @ 4:30 on Friday and then play the varsity game @ 7:30 on Friday?

 

Most schools play players in both games, the JV QB is the backup QB on varsity etc. I guess they figure it would be to much, plus you wouldn't have time for the Freshmen so you still would have to play a game sometime during the week.
