jacketsfan66
With Lenoir City having the week off last week, what can we expect this week at Knoxville West? Judging from previous games and the fact that Lenoir City has problems stopping the running game and passing game, Jake Ryan should have a field day. Hope I am wrong on this one. GO PANTHERS!!!!!! Knoxvegas98
West should win this by a landslide, especially because of the off week and the fact that they let Halls come back and win like that. Plus its' homecoming. West 42 Lenoir City

I hope for the teams sake you are wrong also. I`ve heard alot of players have quit, is this true and if so how many? Is there any injuries? jacketsfan66
There have been several players quit over the last few weeks for one reason or the other. As far as injuries go, everyone should be just about back to 85 % to 100 % and ready to go. Hopefully this senior class of lineman will step up and Lenoir City can finish the season on a strong note. Fan support is down right now and it seems that the only support and encouragement that these kids have right now is from the parents. Keep your heads up guys. lcfootball
I really hope these last games are an improvement over the first half of the season, I know the boys that are left still work hard everyday and will try their best. Don't give up guys, Go Panthers!

Don't give up guys, Go Panthers! Just wanted the boys at Lenoir City to know they ARE people who are 100% behind them (not just parents) we know you can do this!!!! jacketsfan66
I agree LCFOOTBALL. The boys that are left are giving it their all and leaving everything they have on the field. What ever you guys do don't ever give up. Keep trying no matter how hard it might be. GO PANTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

jacketsfan66
You may be right tnnd54, but hopefully our guys will put up a good fight and if nothing else keep there heads up and come out of this game without any major injury's. Injury's have seemed to be plaguing Lenoir City all year long. With the week off last week maybe some of these guys are back to 100% and can play safely. GO PANTHERS!!!!!!!!! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
lcfootball101
We should all be proud of the boys still on the team.(starting or not) I know they are working hard and giving their best every week. I can only imagine how hard it must be to press on. Players quitting, injuries, and enormous loss of attendance and fan support must be overwhelming. Yet they press on and have become the heart of this team! As you may figure, I have a son left on this team. While they have many problems, he will not QUIT. That is his choice, we don't force him. I know that the other boys left must have the same determination and heart for this team. I will keep believing in them because they need it and thats all I can do. I will always be in the stands and be as loud as I can. He tells me they need to hear the fans. Let's continue to support them and be as loud as we can!!! GO PANTHERS!!!!!
