After the first few games of the year, I thought the Eagles weren't even going to make the playoffs. This is a great step towards success for the Eagles football team. Let's hope they make us Eagles fans proud and demolish Gallatin in Eagles stadium next week.

Indy: 2007 Region 6-5A Champs! Congratulations to everybody involved with the IHS program.

The Eagles came out from the opening snap and 100% dominated the Lions. Congrats to Coach Eubanks and the coaching staff. And especially to the 26 seniors. Most of them have been there from day 1. I will say there is no team in the state that has a team with more varsity experience than at Indy. Also, they have their first 1000 yard rusher in Scott Pettigrew (1014). Starters out at halftime and a very emotional post game celebration. The new season starts today.

 

It was a different outcome in the battle of the bands at halftime. Columbia won hands down.
