Fall Leagues

I realize its early in summer but anyone know of fall leagues this year. Also is Tullahoma going to have theirs again this fall?

Plans are for Tullahoma to have a league again this year. Sorry, don't know any details yet.

The Hendersonville Fastpitch League has an all-ages fall leagues held on Saturday and Sunday of each weekend in the Fall. On Saturday ages 14-U and down play and then on Sunday High School teams come from all over to play. Also the Hendersonville Fastpitch Board has a regular fall league that is played on the weekdays. If anyone needs any additional information on either leagues you may contact the Fastpitch League President, Arnie Johnson, at (615)264-2913. Sigh-ups for all leagues begin end of July, early August. Waverly will once again be having their fall league. The league runs for 8 weeks during September and October with doubleheaders being played on Saturdays. Last year the league had 7 teams participating. Entry fee is very reasonable.

I'm working on have a tournament this fall on Sept 20-22. See our High school does not have light at this time and it looks like we will be hosting Distict 11a tournament in 2004. So we would like to make a good showing as a host. If you think your team would be intersted in being part of it please contact me at JLGraves@united.net. Ask for Jim Graves. The Middle Tennessee Girls Fastpitch Softball Association will have a fall league in Columbia, TN. Plans are to have it in September and October. It's a good league to play in especially for teams needing experience in the next age group to prepare for moving up next year.

Tullahoma will host a fall league again this year. We will play doubleheaders on Sunday afternoons.

 

Other details have not been worked out yet. We will try to play at least 6 weeks and possibly host a tournament to close out the fall.
