fanchs
District 10AAA is made up of the five Clarksville schools (Clarksville High, Kenwood, Northeast, Northwest, and Rossview), along with Dickson County, Henry County, and Springfield. In the past four years it's been Northeast and Dickson County at the top and everyone else playing for the third and fourth positions. Looking at the scores from the opening district matchups, all the games were competitive with the biggest point spread in the Northeast-Clarksville game. That point difference was only 11. Has parity raised its head in 10AAA? Can any of the teams that have struggled near the bottom make a move into the upper division, or will it be business as usual? Will the three new coaches in the league make an immediate impact on their teams or the standings? Please use this forum topic to share your news and views on District 10AAA. WhiskeyGirl
Pearl Harbor day scores included: Henry County ? Springfield ? Anyone have a score on the Henry County/Springfield game? Henry County by 10 or 11 although I don't remember the exact score. Close game - tied at half; Springfield within 4 points at the final minutes- Henry County pulled away with foul shots once they got in the bonus. Evenly matched teams last night; would have been a very close game if Springfield hadn't made several big mistakes that cost them in the end. This district looks wide open this season. Harlow
Kelsey Hamilton appears to be playing well (as expected) for Dickson County. They also seemed to have recoverd nicely from the graduation of the two starting post players. The sophmore that has been playing looks like she is scoring. Looks like Dickson will be contending again in 10AAA.

Looks like Dickson will be contending again in 10AAA. Dickson also has two sisters playing that are a big key in Dickson wins. One is a senior and the other a junior. The junior is extremely quick and handles the ball well. The oldest sees the floor really well. She is averaging around 6 assist a game and the younger sister is averaging double figures. kbc00
DICKSON COUNTY HAS EXCELLENT SPEED OUT FRONT. THEY NEED A BIG INSIDE PLAYER AND THEY WOULD BE A HANDFUL FOR ANY TEAM. THEY HAVE TWO OF THEIR POST PLAYERS WITH KNEE INJURIES. THE SOPHMORE THAT IS AT THE POST HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE A STRONG PLAYER. SHE JUST NEEDS SOME INDIVIDUAL HELP. THEY SHOULD FINISH STRONG IN DISTRICT 10AAA.
