C'woods jr high girls could show up and beat WC just because they are wearing green. The only way WC advances is if someone else beats C'wood. WC has good talent in Melson, Daniels, & Myers but can't seem to get over the hump with C'wood. C'wood has outstanding talent with Daniels & Andrews and they have very good support around them.

Make that eight in a row for the girls in green over Wayne County. This rivalry is becoming a little one-sided. The bad thing is that if Wayne County does not beat them at some point during tournament play this year (assuming they will meet up again), I don't know if they will be able to beat them for at least the next two years either.

There is definitely a mental block. They do not resemble the teams that played Summertown or won the holiday tourneys. That is not to knock the Trojans either. They have earned all eight of those wins the past few years.
