bipbopzot
They will be young and very inexperienced, thier best player went to georgia.Pounders might not win more than 5 or 10 games,if they're lucky. no pitching or gloves and no real batting threats.long season for pounders, time to rebuild. Central Purple
chris ball, i think that's right. Shaun Ball is the Georgia transfer. Central has a few college prospects this year if they could get some recognition.

College prospects?,name them, start now and give them recognition.Central has NO prospects, without starting a bashfest, please be smart enough to think w/ your mind and not your heart.Central has a couple of nice young men on thier team, but they will not compete for anything, this year or next, maybe in 2010 or 2011.pounders are going through some very tough times in every sport. good luck to the pounders, but it will not matter. Any kid getting some real recognition around Chattanooga now a days is a joke, dont know why or what happened but its just not there anymore esp., Central since Gene Lively left and went to Ga and getting alot of kids from the Chattanooga area coming down. Good Luck Pounders

I did not say Central had players ready to start on a SEC team, I said they have a few prospects. Maybe like at Chatt. State or Hiwassee, I still belive that. Ronald Freeman (OF), Alex Ferney (OF), Johnny Key (3B) and Josh Farley (2B). Our record may not be the best this year because we will be weak on the mound, but that does not mean we wont have some good players that can play in college. I know all 3 and are good kids, but you are insane, they are average at best.nobody will look at them,I'm not trying to be mean, but it's the truth. good luck
Central Purple
The team is picked , it looks like only 4 seniors starting. We may be young but I still say we have a good team that can win half our games and get some much deserved respect for Coach Carter and our Pounders.
