"Time would be to fly to Newburg (Stewart) airport. Price would be check the internet."

RMC - I've heard there's a way to fly into NY city and take a train from there, but no details. Pass my number (can get it from Raider76) along if your brother is willing to help a brother out.

There are multiple options. here is a link that may help you decide. None of the train stops go directly to West Point. You would need a cab from the stop to the School.
