wow! These two teams never cease to amaze me.. This was a nail biter for sure..

Congrats to LA for a good game...Tonight was kinda sad this was the last game that Holli, misti, courtney,& bean will play with the La girls they will go on to go wherever there future takes them...These girls have always been great to watch play each other..Going to miss this match up! Well we have new ones coming up and still some staying look forward to next year.. Good luck LA in the final stretch May we see you in the boro....

Well, melton 07 i will have to say it was a bit better officiating last night than i have seen in a while and no JC didn't get beat by the ref's this time.. Both teams played thier heart out...There were mistakes on both ends which i will say pretty even calling last night..The girls played good ball..There was a no call at the end of the game that i will not discuss cause it doesnt matter this game was just a good ole rivalry game and the best practice both teams could have going in to the final stretch.....

how can the girl from la touch the ball while it was in the jackson county inbounders hands and this not be a technical foul? in the boys game with only a few seconds remaining in the first quarter one official bounces the ball to la to inbound and the inbounder throws the ball in, the ball hits the ref and goes out of bounds. the ref then gives the ball to la. this call was wrong, i don't know anyway this could be justified. maybe the refs didn't see the girls incident but the ball hit the ref in the boys incident, no excuse.

I didn't say that they called a perfect game Mr Basketball.

 

I have yet to see a 'perfectly' played game (no turnovers or missed shots) and I have also never seen an officiating crew that got 100 % of all calls correct (Fouls, violations, etc).

 

 

Overall, the crew did a nice job of letting the players determine the outcome of both contests.

That was the call i wasnt gonna discuss, Dang and here you go making me /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> I think what happen was the ref from the sideline saw it and was going to call it and he wasn't sure and discussed it with the other two then it was a no call which i can see why he did a no call one ref was doing the count and one on the upper side of the floor and the one that was ready to call did not see if t lost the ball in bounds it was to close to call and i see that. For the record LA did touch the ball while it was out of bounds T was bringing the ball down and the defender knocked it out of her hands but i don't think the ref saw it close enough to call it and that is reasonable but wouldn't that have been a floor shaker! The ref's are going to have to get with it on important calls /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" /> before tourney time or the crowd will be a handful. I know if this was for the gold ball might have railroaded that ref for not be on top of it.. I will say he will be reminded of that down the road..lol Smile it is over and on with the final stretch for this season.Let's please don't argue on this one.. I know several people saw the same thing but just like in footbaLL There was inconclusive evidence lol! LA got by with several and JC did too just that one was a biggie!!
