Classification is determined by student population as per tssaa.org regulations. Schools can elect to play up in Classification, but not down. Cross classification play during early (Christmas,Thankgiving,and Hall of Fame tournaments) pluss some regular season cross classification games can give one a good idea, about who is better than others. :)
