Brentwood 12 Warren County 0.... as expected. Warren County had their freshmen keeper playing, and unfortunately for tony and travis they will have no help this year.

Columbia Central beat Columbia Academy 8-1 on Thursday night.

 

Columbia's first scrimmage, I think it was Ca's also

 

CA was without three starters including their starting goalie.

Goals for Baylor: Zander Davis, Carter Paden

Shutout: Danny Van Valkinburgh

This is true and not to take anything away from Danny because I think he is the best around. But the goalie always gets credit it seems for shutouts. He did not get tested thanks to our defense. Our defense got the shutout really. Andrew Roden, Chris Wilson are stalwarts as always. The others that Weekley was trying out did a good job...Burt is still out hurt. The team played well and was aggressive winning the ball.

More importantly is the offense by the Red Raiders. Not many team will put two balls past the CCS keeper this year. He made some fantastic saves to keep the score respectable.

Hopefully the weather will cooperate for the scrimmage. I agree that this should be a great test for both teams before the season starts.
