Predictions for State and Rotary/Carter

Lets get this started.

 

A topic for who you think will be the top teams in the state and bring out the big one in all classes.

 

Also(in both divisions) who you think will come out on top in the Rotary Club Tournament and Carter Invitational.

 

I think McCallie will just be a dominant force in D2 in just about everything this year pulling out wins at State, Rotary and Carter.

 

USJ will have some huge force returning for their try at a third straight state championship but Knoxville Catholic, DCA, and CCHS look really strong this year with Will Reynolds returning to CCHS.

 

Im assuming Science Hill at AAA state this year, but i don't know much about AAA teams so i could be missing something.

Yeah I agree with D-II. McCallie is stacked this year and Webb, Baylor, and MBA all lost their top players. MUS has a shot but even they lost some talent with Addington and Lang gone.

 

For AAA Science Hill lost Alexander Greer and Jay Wilkinson so they wont be as strong. I'm not sure of the other AAA teams, but I think it will be a toss up.

oh wow i knew greer but i thought that Jay was a Junior last year? That will definitely hurt them. Nah Mus does have some depth but its just gunna be hard to handle with Watson at 1 and Carter at 2. They are both great players, but losing Lang and Addington is really gunna hurt.

I heard Tennessee High has a really good team this year but i dont know what the other rotary teams have. They should have a good match with science hill tho, they lost 2 of their top players from last year
