BamaGrappler
Congrats to Jordan Leen (Cornell)! Leen defeated defending Champ Gregor Gillespie (Edinboro) in the quarterfinals to advance to the semifinals! Congrats to Nick Marable (Missouri)! Marable is making his #3-seed stand as he faces #2-seed and defending Champ Mark Perry (Iowa) in the semifinals! UTC guys are having a tough tournament but there are others (nationally) who agree that they may have had one of the toughest draws as a team. Good luck to all. oldchin
Leen in the finals with a 9-2 win. Marable got hosed in the semis and lost 4-2. The announcers said the takedown awarded to Perry with 27 seconds left was the worst call they have seen in the tournament. Cody Cleveland seems to have at least wrapped up All-American. Tennessee natives looking tough!
2@140
Great job by Leen. Big time congrats!! Very tough call on Marable..wathced a couple times..close, judgement, but wow not a call that should decide it. Cleveland is showing what hes about. Congrats to all from Tennessee
legrider130
I think we have two national champs to look foward to in the near future. Marable and Cleveland are only sophomores
