Gordonsville missed a good opportunity to have some change over there. Maybe it turns out for the best for them. I know the naming of the new coach was good news to many over here on the north side.

I'm sure Coach Marshall wouldn't take offense to your statement about missing

the opportunity for change because we like the way it is at Gordonsville...

Who wanted a change? When you are a contender in your region every year

you must be doing things right...

I'm sure he will run his own system however having worn the BLUE he understands the

tradition of Gordonsville Football.

I don't know.....don't think the Big Blue could have asked for any better.....there may be a little change.......he's been away for a long time and coached with some of the best. Kind of outside the family a little......but played there in the 70s and has close ties to Coach Medley. Kind of like a distant cousin.

Probably had to take a huge pay cut to come back so you know his heart is in it.
