Morgan County Spring practice

Recommended Posts

Wow now that is an impressive resume, you sound like Less Miles bragging about being tied in regulation.

It really is just like the RW schedule from last year. Lets see, 6-5 beating three class A teams, and the twoellar dwellers of their region landing in I believe 4th to make the play-offs barely. Sounds a lot like the Coalfield season in their classification.

Now the two cannot be compared because of classification and both appear to be pillow fighters. However, Coalfield can at least win up when they play. RW couldn't beat Kingston when they played up.

Coach Harrison is a good coach, he is doing good things with the young men in Sunbright.

Coach Harrison is a quality coach and a quality person. I have known him since his time in Pikeville. If he can get the Tigers to buy into what he has to offer, the program will rebound in a great way. I like what he has done so far. Keep working guys.

Oh, but I heard on here a few months ago that he resigned?

After the scrimmage last night I am even more convinced that this will be our year. Wartburg are you ready for next week, we are.

wartburg wins this one no doubt. i was at the sunville scrimmage and they look the same as always, high hopes that always gets shattered every year. now wartburg got a new dc heard he went to the semi-finals at his other school. my opinion he should have prob been the head coach if he went to the 4th round at a 5a school. but sunbright looks week and small as usual. if u have any kind of passin game against them game over. all they do is run deep and throw it up and the recievers are tiny. i say wartburg ends the curse no doubt.

wartburg-5

sunville-2

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
