Just saw on TSSAA web-site where Marshall Co is looking for a new Girls Basketball coach. Does anyone have details on Steely? He just won the AA State Championship. Details?

Just saw on the Marshall County Newspaper web-site that he has resigned to spend more time with his family. He will continue to teach at Marshall COunty. The article said the Boyd West(who is the Assistant) is the favorite to take over the job.

Amazing situation. Sounds like Marshall county has a good program. Has a reputation for having one. Losing a coach, having a good prospec tin the wings. many schools should be in the same situation and then do not have to take chances . It would appear that many schools are drawing from coaches within the current school system locally. Good job and hope this teamcan go back to state.
