Probably as well as it worked in 9A. Coach Parker will be near the top of the coaching food chain in 7AAA quickly. Already better than some of those coaching in the district now. Blackman made a good hire. The guy can coach baseball. Ask Cascade if they are sorry he is leaving and then ask the rest of the 9A coaches if they are glad he is going. I think the answer to both questions is yes.

He was highly recommended by Tim Corbin at Vanderbilt. There were many other very qualified coaches that applied and would have done a good job at Blackman, but I thought it was a very good hire.

How about the Eagleville job? Any word on the replacement there? Has Powers applied for that one as well?

He will be deeply missed wish him the Best!! He worked hard for the Champion Baseball program.

CONGRATS COACH i am happy for you and your new challenge that is ahead of you fummy you should mention the bunt play in 7AAA we was picking on him about that during the state tournament ...he will work hard and he has a good hitting team left and some good pitchers i wish him the best of luck except when he plays us
