Gibbs starts its tournament run tomorrow at the boro. This team is young and talented with a tough senior pitcher. All Gibbs fans who are at the tournament please keep us informed on how things are going each day. Scores and comments are welcome. Its time for a State Championship to come back to Gibbs.

Looks like our Lady Eagles brought the wood today. Good first game for a team that should get better each game of the tournament. Keep your eye on the prize.

Gibbs pulls out a tight one 1 to 0 against Covington. The showdown with Goodpasture should be a good one tomorrow. I think this years team has the tallent to get the job done. Experience with abundance of young tallent and a lineup that can hit from top to bottom will get us over the hump. Good luck Lady Eagles.

Well Mr. No it all has predicted that our Lady Eagles will lose tonight against Goodpasture. If his crystal ball is correct like last nights predicted loss then we are in pretty good shape. If our senior pitcher (Thomas) is true to form then we are going to be there in the end. The fanastic '4', Carol ball and Judy doing the books should put us into the championship game. Just keep your eye on the target. Goodpasture is good but they are beatable and this team has the ingredients to put them away. Go Lady Eagles!!!!!!!!!!!!

The girls needed to hear that tonight they seemed to have gotten down after the 2nd inning and they could not rebound with a positive attitude....Goodpasture has a good pitcher not sure about Defense we didnt give them any hits to show us our defense but the girls will come out fighting in the morning today was to long of a wait....Good luck ladies we know you can do it.....You guys just seem to like to do things the hard way....

Big win this morning against Unicoi County. Seems like the bats are warming up for tonights showdown with Goodpasture. We are only 2 games away from being State Champs. Play with the Gibbs swagger. Go Lady Eagles !!!!!!!!!!!!!
