Each of tonight??™s five softball championship games at Starplex has been delayed 30 minutes due to storms in the Murfreesboro area.

 

The Division II-A final involving Davidson Academy was initially scheduled for 5 p.m. It is now set to start tonight's action at 5:30 if the rain and lightning hold off.

 

The Class A game has been pushed back to 6, Class AA to 6:30, Class AAA to 7 and Division II-AA to 7:30.

 

As of 4:25 p.m., a light rain had begun to fall at Starplex. There were also reports of heavy rain at nearby MTSU, where boys track finals are scheduled tonight.
