I didn't think Davy Crockett was still iving. I would love to see pictures of him if he takes on hampton this evening.

Davy is a little old and rusty,but he's one tough rascal.Hampton had better be ready for a brawl.

Thats strange, they usually scrimmsge alot. I heard they had 3 ,Crockett, South Greene and Johnson Co. I think they need at least 1 scrimmage to work out the flaws before they open against Avery. It also helps to keep the morale up until you get to hit someone else.

I think it may be Friday, I doubt I'll be able to see any football until opening night anyway. To busy with the ltttle football players.

Yeh, i saw a whole sea of little and big landers down there, i guess they all, had enuf to play after all.

I think most of the teams are all right with numbers, its iffy with us ,we only have 13 and one of them is hurt. We will need alot of luck to have enough all season.

To the feller who said Cloudland couldn't hang with Avery for 4 quarters. I talked to coach Mike Lunsford today at the Dairyland and he says Avery is pretty down from what they were last year. I think this will be a good ballgame right down to the finish. Avery has some very good skill players.Actually 2 of their starting lineman are old Cloudland boys. I've heard Christian may be the best lineman they've got. I'm also glad to hear that Jacob will be starting. He's a GREAT kid. Should be a great game.

Any Ranger fans out there? I heard from a little bird that a few of your players had a disagreement with coach E and decided to hit the road. I certainly hope that is not the case. Coach E has been doing a fine job on the creek. Kids nowadays! I think I would be inclined to listen to a man with a St. title under his belt,regardless of the sport.
