Science Hill standout JaKeith Hairston has decided to attend Milligan College after previously committing to UTC. Besides joing the track and field program, Hairston will also be playing basketball for Milligan. Hairston committed to UTC earlier this summer but said he decided to switch his decision because he wanted to be an allsport athlete and going to Milligan will allow him to do this as well as allow him to stay very close to family and friends. UTC told Hairston they prefered him to only participate in track and field. He also wanted to play basketball. He was accepted to Milligan earlier this week and the athletic program is "very excited,thrilled" about his decision according to sources at the university.
