anybody know why columbia at shelbyville wasn't played tonight

 

 

Both teams have several injuries to key players and it was a mutual consent from both of the coaches. Game is rescheduled for September 27, 2008 at 6 pm.

G, don't know if you heard this but Tessa Piety was injured last night...a knee. She left the stadium with a large wrap around her knee and really looked discouraged. Too bad...she's a great young player. I haven't heard the extent of the injury, but since she used to play for you, I thought you'd like to know.

our best player is back from europe/chicago or where ever the heck she went

 

its funny we lose to ooltewah in the last minute than they had bad ties with anderson co and mcminn central and only beat lawrence co by 1

 

BA scored on 2 blown offsides(2 refs)in the 1st 20 minutes

 

we scored in the 55th minute when zoe johnson dribbled threw the whole right side of the BA formation and scored and the last when johnson got foul outside the box then shephanie mullins(75 minute i think) scored on the free kick

 

 

 

the 2nd goal should be credited to catherine chappel. It was an error on the keeper and defenses part resulting in an own goal off the defenders foot. Though stephanie was right next to it.

That's awful to hear. She is a rock, and for her to be injured must have taken quite a hit. Tessa is one of the best defenders I have had the joy to coach. She started and played every game since 6th grade! If you hear any updates, let me know. Her sisters are in the middle school, so I will try and talk to them on Monday.
