beatle78
w.c. has a good qb and i love the veer attack ,but with no short passing game, their plays take 2 long 2 develop thats why there is no protection . and running backs lined 4yards back when they should be 2 yards in that type of offense, they can fix these problems if the coach committs and strive 4 perfection. the offense is perfect 4 w.c. they dont look organized ,but fans of w.c. dont change your offense, when is the last time yall seen big runs by all the backs in the same game, but with simple changes w.c. they can beat l.c. falcon fans this is not the mid 90s.... Falconstatman
turnovers...............AAAAHHHHH!!!!!! - they're killin' WC! Yeah, about as bad as 12 penalities for over 100 yards, 2 touchdowns called back, and numerous "no calls" by the refs hurt L.C. on the night too. W.C. played us very tough tonight, congrats to them for their outstanding effort, they have some pretty good looking young kids on the team. Why no scoreboard all night long? This makes the game more difficult to call and get it into any rythmn. We were told by some of the fans that they just didn't have anyone to run it, which I find hard to believe, then another person told us that it shorted out just before the game started. Good luck to the Pioneers the rest of the year!

beatle78
w.c didint attack, l.c. shot themselves in the foot with penalties and w.c. didnt take advantage. i guess w.c coaching staff was afraid of thompson. they were out coached. 100 dive plays and no pass plays no shotgun no threat good win l.c....... LCFalconMomma
I am waiting to hear old powersoftball's attack On Big Louie. I heard that our friend and his wife "FlyingFalconMom" didn't attend the game last night. Maybe he is not the devoted fan he claims to be. /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

LCFalconMomma
Coach Thompson is one of the great ones and a good friend of many You are right. This man probably has forgot more about football than most people will learn in a lifetime. It just makes me mad for our team parents to get on there and put him down. I thought he was going to have jack some refs up last nite. What was up with that homecooking? They could of at least served us some cornbread with it. Maybe old Powersoftball was busy interviewing for one of the vacant NFL jobs? /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> Louis Thompson- truly one of the GREATS! When I think back to some of the very best games that I have seen in my 20 yrs of following Oakland football......usually I am looking back on a memory involving Big Louie and the Falcons! I agree completely 2P, by the way, we are working trying to get Oakland and Lincoln Co. back on each others schedule soon. If anyone saw the game Friday night, they can't complain about us running a boring offense anymore, we threw the ball numerous times and opened it up quite a bit. But this weeks game with Baylor will be a challenge, their record is very decieving, they play a very tough schedule and have been in the game with every team they have played. It will be tough.
