If you recall, I mentioned in an earlier post that I knew someone who HAD seen them play. Since he played college football, and coached at the high school level, I'll take his knowledgeable word as fact

 

It is just an observation, but does anyone else think this guy sounds alot like Barrack Obama. He's got answer/ excuse for everything he say's or has said. I do love your passion though, keep it up.

There are some people who have played the game and coached the game who just may be slightly more knowledgeable about the game than those who haven't done both. Granted, I don't know it all, like some on here think that I feel I do. But don't knock someone who has answers and/or opinions based on experience and knowledge.

 

I'm not afraid to speak my mind, or even make bold predictions PRIOR to a game. And when I'm wrong, I'll be the first to admit it.....unlike many on here.

No. I have the version that shows the score AFTER the PAT. It was 42-0.

 

But, really. You can't have it both ways. You either have to put up with some sloppy play of the JV, or allow the starters to stay in the game. You say we're classless if we leave the varsity in, and say we're classless because we put the JV in and they mess up. I guess it just pays to not care what others think. Huh?

Sorry haven't been on all week work sent me to school.I've had this game on my mind all week and thought about it alot. All I'm going to say is that polk has a real good defense and central has a real good offense. This game is going to be hard hitting and i think boht teams will score alot of points like last year and its going to come down in the 4th of who wants it more. Also the team with the fewest mistakes tonight win have a better chance of winning the game. I'm ready for this game good luck to both teams. GO POLK

There will always be the over the top obnoxious fans but over all Polk Co does have class. Their coach came over to our side last year and congratulated us on the win. That took allot of class. I hope everybody will be jacked up for the game tonight and leave it on the field but when its over the winner shows they are humble in victory and the loser gave all they had and has nothing to be ashamed about. This game is a valuable lesson in life.

How many botched kickoffs have you guys had I have heard of few, the rest went into the end zone makes you wonder? I know what you mean our freshmen scored on Tellico and now you hear Coach Davis is running up the score. Go figure!

Good post. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> I will say this Central should win this game. If you break it down by position and skill Central is by far a better team. However, Coach Davis is one of the best and can get the most out of what he has, he also has some great motivators walking the sidelines to get the kids going. Polk kids have always played with heart and in some cases heart has overcame talent and skill. My heart pulls for Polk but my brain tells me the Wildcats must play with intensity and not make any mistakes for them to win. I hope both teams have a injury free night and all fans have a safe trip. Go Polk!
