Lets get back on topic here. (I'd like to boast abit about the incredible insight that both timbdp and I (BRSoccer) had in choosing a Brentwood V. Siegel in the State Final. Would some please add up the points.

 

I'm sure everyone is going to pick Brentwood as the favorite, in fact I'd like for Brentwood to score the first goal in the game........Siegel likes that for some weird reason.

Wow, You were right. Siegel wins. You predicted back in September that it would be Siegel and Brentwood in the finals-with Siegel winning, I can't believe your foresight and faith. Now if you can look into the future of the stock market.......

Well done Brsoccer! CONGRATULATIONS SIEGEL!!!

 

 

Thank you. Thank you. I had faith that the Siegel girls could pull it off and they did. I'm still pinching myself.

 

What a great run for the girls. This is something they will remember for the rest of their lives. I'm most impress with how they played as a team. Yes they have individual talent but they did not depend on one person to pull them through it. I think they all really enjoyed their time with each other and the friendships. They will take these life lessons and be better people for it.

 

Job well done girls!

Ha ha! I beat MVM! That's ALL I cared about! (Kinda feels like justification after losing to that running kid in the A/AA contest!)

      Winfree's senior year was the season she needed to secure more college interest. That opportunity was taken away from her. A lot of false assumptions can be made about what happened and what the options are. Unfortunately, the former coach and administration did not allow Winfree to have due process. A lawsuit was filed for a reason, and it will run its course by people who conduct discovery and take depositions. Unless the parties settle out of court, a lot of the pertinent issues will come to the public surface. The real questions are why was Winfree dismissed from the team, and why the administration backed a coach whom they did not rehire.

      Per usual, we'll be hard to beat in the regular season, I'm sure. It's the post season that I'm more worried about, specifically the coaches. Maybe they'll be able to make some adjustments that will keep the momentum in our favor. How's Grays recovery coming along?

      Something don’t add up here a college coach is not going to turn away a good player they need just because they didn’t get along with their high school coach

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.
