I doubt there is going to be any talking or a decision of any kind until the playoffs are over.

I believe Coach McDaniel was hired last year before the playoffs were over. If they want someone in at the start of the second semester it will have to be done by around the Blue Cross Bowl. The new coach geberally has to give their old employer 30 days notice
