who did Marshall County hire as their new boy's basketball coach?

How can they hire this guy instead of Hal Murrell? He is aproven winner and this young guy has never won anything. Flat out Hal Murrell got screwed! But Culleoka is blessed to still have him. Good Luck Warriors!!!!

If Jeremy Qualls is the head coach, Marshall County will be fine. Not to mention playing for a good Coach for 4 years at Austin Peay, he is a good guy. Not taking anything away from Coach Murrell because he is a great coach. I'm sure he will have many more coaching opportunities along the way, but I bet you he is happy with what he has coming back to Culleoka this year.

      TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
