Wrestling Lover,

You look pretty spot on. Below are the corrections I have based on what I was told (assuming I didn't transcribe things wrong)

103

5) Davidson

6) Eady

I am pretty sure these two are reversed this way.

145

4) Feltus (spelling)

5) Maginn (spelling)

7) Wigger (first name is Tucker I believe)

8) Chaberski (I believe this to be the right spelling)

152

5) Rupiper (Spelling)

171

I thought this weight only seeded the first 5 but could have heard wrong

189

I thought this weight only seeded the first 5 but could have heard wrong

215

I thought this weight only seeded the first 6 but could have heard wrong

285

I am almost positive this weight only seeded the top 4

That is what I saw off the top of my head. I could be wrong on how deep some of the weights were seeded because I was relayed information by phone. I only corrected spelling because otherwise some people may not know who the kids were.

yeah thats what I'd like to know.. how is Floyd (MBA) still at #2 after getting pinned first round 1:45 by Thomas (CBHS)???? he only beat Proctor by 1 point and Ferguson beat Wesley????? /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

I wasn't in the meeting but I know the head-to-head criteria is a mess because of the fact that Floyd also has a win over Ferguson. Looking purely at head-to-head results there is no way to separate the 5 wrestlers. I would assume Wesley got the #1 seed because next criteria down is state placings and he is the defending state champ. Floyd probably gets the two because he has wins over Ferguson and Proctor, both of whom have head-to-head over Thomas (leaving Thomas to the 5 seed despite his win over the #2 seed). No matter how you did it somebody (or multiple people) were going to be behind someone they had head-to-head wins over.

Like I said it is a mess at that weight so it is tough to say exactly how it went. I wasn't in the room doing the seeding but that is how I would imagine it played out.

    • I believe that was last year. I was interested in the Jones vs Baker comment, so I went back and looked at GC. I am not a fan of either nor am I a baseball guru. This looks like to me the duel was not close and if the errors would not have been made Eagleville would have won. I assume you are a little biased. I do think your mph for Jeffcoat and Baker must be from last year.  Baker-85 pitches 67 strikes. 5.2 innings, 5H, 1BB, 0ER and 7K's. 3 errors  Jones- 78 pitches 37 strikes. 4 innings, 2H, 5BB, 0ER and 1K. 1 error   Adams and the UH kid are really good as well. What about South Pitt and Oakdale? I heard they have some good ones.
    • I hate this for all the kids in the program and fans alike. I can't recall of anything like this before in my lifetime but I'm sure it isn't a first. After criminal investigations are complete and the TSSAA looks into this the program it will be facing Nuclear Winter for some time to come. It's always the innocent left behind that end up paying the price for something someone else has done. I'm sure the transfer portal will be very active in Clinton over the summer months. How could you find a good coach worth his salt that would take on a situation like this not knowing what will happen.
    • I’ve seen Jeffcoat in person twice and he was 84-87 both times and the one time I saw Baker he was low 80’s, he actually got out dueled by Jones from ER in that outing.
