The District 11-AA Tournament Bracket Looks As Follows:

 

1.) Creek Wood

8.) Stewart Co.

 

4.) Sycamore

5.) Fairview

 

3.) Montgomery Central

6.) Cheatham Co.

 

2.) Waverly Central

7.) Harpeth

 

 

Last Thursday night Sycamore and Fairview played their opening round game at Creek Wood (due to a problem with the sprinkler system at SHS). Fairview won 9-4. They will likely play Creek Wood in the second round on the winner's half of the bracket. Sycamore will likely play Stewart Co. in the second round on the loser's half of the bracket. I say that because it would take nothing short of a miracle for Creek Wood to lose at home to Stewart Co. The other two first round matchups tonight are interesting. Harpeth plays at Waverly Central in a game & Cheatham Co. plays at Montgomery Central in a game. Both should be competitive battles to say the least.

The game at Waverly has been called off for today and is scheduled for tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. At this point there's still a lot of water and the forecast calls for more rain tomorrow.
