Bad move by inexperienced administrator. Indy just doesnt have loads of talent right now. Henrie did a great job with not much to work with. There are issues between Campbell and Henrie that go back futher than this single year of working together.

Agreed, and it's a shame that it reflects whether or not someone has a job.

But the only disappointing thing that Henrie did while at Indy was getting upset two years ago with the squad led by Kuchar Luttrell and co. This year he did amazing things with the team he had, and as a result was probably the best coach in the district-all things considered. Will the assistant coach be taking over temporarily?

Was he Asst principal with responsibilities of the Athletic Department or had he been a principal before at a school?

He wasnt the AD but worked closely with him so yes part of his responsibilities were with the athletic program. he knows what hes doing as much as i didnt like him but Indy just hasnt been puttin out in basketball in the post season and changes need to be made

Campbell needed to put aside his personal distaste for Henrie and worry about the team's potential success for next year. If Henrie was the coach next year with the group of seniors they have they'd be a force to be reckoned with. I don't see a different coach going in there and achieving immediate success. It's a shame Campbell had to let a personal problem get in the way of him doing his job as an administrator. Some of those kids really look up to Henrie.

Not AD and not a principal. Assistant principal only.

Indy will have a decent season next year, will be about the middle of the pack. Would have a much better season if Henrie had stayed. Wont go very far in the tourny either way. The talent just isnt high enough right now.

    • Great to meet you too.  We're going to work hard to get back.
    • I extend my gratitude to ManCoverage for initiating this discussion thread tailored to the residents of Trousdale County. In times of adversity within our football team, it is imperative to have an outlet for expression, and what better platform than CoachT's Craigslist forum? I respectfully request that GOAT exercise discretion in his commentary, as his remarks have caused me personal distress.
    • I am inclined to wager a substantial portion of my financial assets on the likelihood that Waggoner shall transition to an alternative coaching vocation prior to the year 2028. It is my contention that discerning individuals are beginning to perceive his coaching prowess as lacking in the requisite excellence. Allow me to articulate the following assertion: Waggoner represents a markedly superior choice compared to the individual who perpetrated the act of fuel theft.   This individual exhibits a conspicuous propensity for frequent professional transitions, a trait which undermines his credibility and renders him an untenable choice for serious consideration. It is indeed confounding that his candidacy continues to garner attention and support.
    • Yeah same   It’s definitely true that tough times make tough kids, but some kids just have a big passion for the game and will become the best of the best no matter where they come from.
