Not sure about about a "force" due to the tough District 12 AA, but they are putting in the time and it shows.

All of the guys from last years team have added HUGE numbers to their lifts and speed.

 

Coaches sold them on the weight room program (credit to them) and the players bought into it.

They are having fun watching themselves getting stronger, bigger, faster, and confidence in "team" is rising, and they are pushing each other.

 

They are the stongest and fastest across the board that they have been in a number of years, but you still have to play 48 minutes, both on offense and defense. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Having a good weight program is a key to having a good football program.

I look for Spring Hill to upset a few teams next year.

If so, this is how I see it finishing:

1. Giles

2. Marshall

3. Lewis or Spring Hill

5. Page

6. Fairview

7. Hickman

8. East Hickman
